The Recruiter III will support top leaders and will manage all aspects of the recruiting life-cycle for medical director, physician and advance practice clinician roles. This teammate will conduct nationwide networking and pipelining to ensure the continual flow of proactive prospects.

Our Recruiter III's are Talent Advisors who oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and are accountable for talent sourcing and selection, consulting with Hiring Managers and Human Capital Partners throughout the hiring process, providing detailed assessments for candidates, developing and managing talent pipelines and managing the offer and hiring process.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing

  • Is familiar with a wide variety of sourcing channels
  • Applies intricate knowledge of the talent market to sourcing strategy
  • Collaborates with sourcing to capitalize on short and long-term marketing campaigns by function. Shares information with regard to outcomes in candidate flow (quantity and quality), market reactions and feedback with regard to overall awareness to local/national branding
  • Leads strategic discovery sessions with Hiring Managers in order to build understanding of position requirements, department goals, and organization business plan based on service level agreements
  • Demonstrates diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse population
  • Collaborates with internal talent partner groups for market intelligence, competitor landscape, and industry analytics as part of sourcing and consulting strategy

Business Engagement

  • Demonstrates consistent enthusiasm for and commitment to business partnerships
  • Builds rapport with hiring managers and other business partners on hiring needs and processes
  • Becomes an expert on the leaders' talent and business strategy and utilizes this understanding to develop a compelling story to share with candidates
  • Negotiates effectively with hiring managers on difficult decisions, including persuading business leaders to reconsider high-fit but non-obvious candidates
  • Executes on core recruitment processes as defined by the Service Level Agreement for the role, including managing the process, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and all administrative components

Candidate Experience

  • Customer service champion with singular focus on providing outstanding candidate care
  • Builds, maintains, and uses his or her own personal network of prospects across multiple roles, created in part by developing relationships with pre-qualified leads
  • Develops relationships with prospects and candidates as a talent advisor, matching their needs with the best opportunities
  • Emphasizing network fit in hiring process design and candidate recommendations
  • Consulting with candidates, hiring managers and Human Capital (including Centers of Expertise) to craft appropriate offers, applying knowledge of our compensation philosophies and incentives to close every offer using advanced negotiation tactics

Process Excellence

  • Applies the organization's talent methodologies, best practices and processes consistently
  • Demonstrates ability to solve complex problems and develop innovative and strategic solutions
  • Provides executive level summary on progress towards goals, effectively raises awareness around roadblocks and balances priorities effectively
  • Builds and shares market/business intelligence regarding talent acquisition function
  • Able to analyze, interpret and apply a data-driven approach to influence business decisions

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience recruiting for physician and physician leadership level roles
  • 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience including developing and implementing recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Experience recruiting on both a local and national level for a broad range of positions and with varying levels of complexity
  • Experience developing and managing talent pipelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Taleo or similar applicant tracking system
  • Healthcare care delivery industry recruiting experience

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
