Experis, a ManpowerGroup company has an exciting contract opportunity for a Remote SR. HR Project Manager. This position is a 7 month contract for one of our key clients, a big Utility company.

Location: Remote/Portland, OR, 97204
Duration: 7+ Months
Skills:
We are looking for a PM that has experience in transitioning employers into a distributed workforce for baseline HR and payroll processes. Work includes scoping, identifying impacted processes, vendor selection and outsourcing management and ultimately implementation including:
* Payroll management
* Corporate tax filings
* Legal status (wording?)
* Worker's compensation insurance
* Leaves management including individual state requirements, PTO, etc.…
* HR policy updates
* Compensation practices (regional pay)
Education requirements: Bachelor's Degree
Experience in managing/supporting transitions into a distributed, multistate workforce
# Of Years of Experience: 5-10 years of project management experience
