Calling all SOLIDWORKS enthusiasts! Computer Aided Technology (CATI) is looking to add an Application Engineer to our growing organization, based out of our [City, State] office. Come work for a nationally recognized company in the CAD industry, teaching the ins and outs SOLIDWORKS to our customers. In return, you'll get the chance to master your presentation skills and work towards professional SOLIDWORKS certifications. If you are passionate and well-versed in CAD, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do
- Team up with our sales representatives to deliver exciting and compelling product demos
- Leverage your expertise in CAD to help customers understand the benefits of the SOLIDWORKS suite
- Get to know our clients and make product and service recommendations that create a satisfied customer for life
- Lead training courses in various CAD products and design functions either on site or virtually
- Publish exciting new content about SOLIDWORKS features on our company blog and newsletters
- Work with new customers on new installations of SOLIDWORKS, providing outstanding customer service
- Further your knowledge and professional development with recognized SOLDIWORKS certifications, such as Certified Specialist - Mechanical Design (CSWS-MD), Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional (CSWP), Certified SOLIDWORKS Expert (CSWE), & more!
Requirements
- An educated professional with a Bachelors or Associates in Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- A CAD enthusiast with at least 2 years of hands on experience working with SOLIDWORKS
- Someone who possesses a thorough understanding of engineering processes
- A customer-focused individual with the skills needed to communicate clearly and confidently
- A problem-solver with the drive to come up with solutions to unique customer issues
- A technophile with experience in Microsoft Office, virtual communication platforms, and CAD software
- A flexible worker with the ability to adapt to new challenges as they arise
- Willing to travel
