Talent Acquisition Coordinator-REMOTE POSITION-(210002K5)

Description

The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approximately 9 million members and customers across 11 states and 2 U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the second largest AAA club in North America. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Under direct guidance and supervision, provide support to the Talent Acquisition team with staffing and recruiting efforts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: posting for open positions, monitoring requisition approvals, conducting phone screenings, scheduling and coordinating interviews, creating candidate offer and rejection letters, facilitating and monitoring the pre-employment background and drug screen processes, corresponding with applicants, candidates to ensure submission of documents and completion of the onboarding process. Manage the applicant tracking system database. Organize and maintain files, records and documentation. Conduct routine tasks and assignments as directed, obtain appropriate approvals and ensure cost-effective completion within specified deadlines. Analyze possible solutions and apply standard procedures to solve a range of straightforward problems. Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures. Use sound judgement to escalate issues to senior staff. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Items to Post for Social Media Responsibilities: Create awareness and excitement around The Auto Club Group’s (“ACG”) employment experience through social media campaigns and other media resources. Additional Items to Post for On-Boarding Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate, implement and monitor the new hire experience and onboarding program from point of offer through 6 months of hire with a focus on continuous improvement. Additional Items to Post for Diversity Outreach Responsibilities: Lead, develop and coordinate an enterprise wide diversity outreach program to attract quality candidates. Participate in recruitment events in support of military and diversity efforts. Conduct quarterly internal audits for outreach and timely dispositioning. Educate, train, and reinforce requirements for outreach documentation to internal HR Talent Acquisition team. Manage PRM database and monitor the TA teams outreach efforts, recruitment activities and other community volunteer programs that demonstrate good faith efforts towards Affirmative Action goals. Assist in identifying new outreach opportunities and share with the TA team. Successfully align diversity talent activities with business priorities, including outreach to external diversity associations at the college and professional level. Partner with and leverage external diversity organizations to attract and develop diverse talent in support of our talent acquisition strategy. Utilize various data resources and metrics to create reports and presentations to inform management of the diversity outreach, hiring pipeline and internal development program within the organization. Use data and presentations to affect change and influence/engage internal and external partners. Additional Items to Post for Internship Coordinator Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of a viable internship program. Participate in various Talent Acquisition based projects/initiatives. Initiate and build partnerships with colleges and universities. Identify metrics to track and enhance outcomes of the internship program. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Experience with onboarding new employees Experience in large volume data entry and follow up Work Environment: REMOTE Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned regions and working irregular hours when necessary.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: Education:
  • College-level coursework in Human Resources, Design, Marketing or Communications OR  equivalent work experience
  • Experience:
  • analyzing and solving problems
  • strong telephone etiquette, interpersonal and procedures skills
  • computerized record-keeping/ computer software applications (i.e. Excel, Word, People Soft, etc.)
  • performing accurate mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages
  • establishing, managing and improving processes
  • auditing various documents/reports to identify and correct errors
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Project planning techniques Ability to:
  • work in a fast-pace, customer-focused environment that requires high attention to detail and the use of effective time management skills
  • demonstrate strong organization and planning skills
  • proficiently operate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point programs
  • develop and apply effective methods for tracking and monitoring data or information
  • report preparation
  • demonstrate proficient level of analysis
  • summarizing statistical information for use in reports
  • understanding and explaining human resource procedures/guidelines/processes
