THE COMPANY

The Brewster Partners Recruitment Group are currently working alongside a well-known business to recruit a 1st Line Customer Service Executive on an ongoing temporary basis.

The role is part of a vital team within the business that aims to provide excellent customer service to resolve all stores IT issues.

THE JOB

As 1st Line Customer Service Executive your duties will include:

  • Speaking with stores to log any IT issues
  • Diagnosing IT issues
  • Liaising with the IT team


THE PERSON

  • Previous experience of working within a fast paced customer service environment
  • Available to immediately
  • Work from home
  • Flexible on working hours as shifts involved - shift patterns range between 7:30am - 7:30pm. Must be available to work the occasional weekend.


THE BENEFITS

  • Remote working available, however you must be based relatively local to Worksop
