Professional Employment Group's Fortune 100 Financial Client is seeking a Part-Time Project Change Lead to join their HR team. This is a long term contract opportunity where you can work from home! PEG offers our contractors health, vision, and dental insurance.

What You Will Be Doing:
This project is with the HR PMO team of 15 and the main responsibilities are:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of change management on transformational programs that support the firm's core strategies and deliver tangible and sustainable results.
  • Lead the application of the change management process in the project lifecycle. This includes creating the project change plan with stakeholder input and involvement, and reflect their priorities in the integrated plan.
  • Partner closely with the Project leader to document the program objectives, benefits, structure, and governance that will support holistic monitoring, controlling, and reporting program status and progress towards outcomes.
  • Identify measures of successful adoption, utilization, proficiency, and change risk mitigation in consultation with sponsor, business leader(s), program leader and firm change team.
  • Lead the application of the firm's change management process and tools throughout the program lifecycle,
  • In partnership with project management, manage program change management critical path, dependencies, major milestones, and risks and issues with appropriate escalation.
  • Effectively execute stakeholder management and communication throughout the life of a program.
  • Synthesize and provide reporting on program change impacts and measures of success.
Project Details:

Learning Experience Platform
  • Sourcing and implementing a LXP platform and internal/external content to support enhancement of associate skills and capabilities
  • Content will support personalized AI learning plans based on individual role, personal interests for development, and skills/capabilities needed to support future business strategy
  • Social learning platform will be developed and introduced
  • Mobile learning capabilities will be developed and deployed
  • Project scope will impact all home office and branch associates and leaders throughout the project, ADKAR model for change support, adoption, and reinforcement will be utilized
Who You Are:
  • A bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience. MBA or graduate degree preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years professional experience in Org Design and change management
  • Prosci Certification or equivalent is preferred
  • Prefer training/exposure to ADKAR model
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
