**Description**The Senior Business Analyst supports the development and growth operations of third-party strategic alliance partnerships. These business arrangements are focused on providing exceptional primary care to the senior population in a clinic environment. The Senior Business Analyst work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.**Responsibilities**The Senior Business Analyst position will analyze customer and financial trends to drive growth within the Alliance portfolio. This position is 100% remote and the primary responsibilities include:+ Analyze metric performance and summarize business insights+ Design, develop and manage recurring dashboards and reports leveraging various tools including data visualization software+ Extract, compile, and analyze large data sets from a variety of sources+ Actively participate in member growth and operational meetings jointly with our internal and strategic partner stakeholders+ Collaborate with Humana and strategic partner associates to understand performance trends and implement improvement initiatives+ Develop projections for various business components+ Manage new projects from concept to completion+ Exercise latitude in determining objectives and approaching assignments without detailed direction+ Process payment disbursements and track financial implications**Required Qualifications**+ Bachelor's Degree+ A proven leader, inquisitive and analytical mindset+ 7+ years of experience analyzing business trends, summarizing insights, developing action plans and producing recurring reports.+ 5+ years of experience compiling and managing large data sets+ Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL server+ Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of internal and external audiences+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences**Preferred Qualifications**+ Healthcare experience including Medicare Advantage products+ MBA+ Development experience with Power BI data visualization tool**Scheduled Weekly Hours**40
