Day to Day: An Insight Global client is looking for a Fullstack developer to join their team. This person will be a consultant for one of the companys clients that is in the Financial Services Space. They will help guide the customer on optimizing design patterns, new feature enhancements, modernization, of an existing application. The ideal candidate will have multiple years of fullstack experience (from scratch and new feature enhancements/maintenance on existing platforms) with C# and Angular and will be comfortable doing code reviews for more junior developers while still hands-on coding themselves. Must have strong communication because they will be in constant communication with the client. WPF experience is a huge plus. Critical thinking skills are necessary for the overall success of the role. Minimum RequirementsMust Haves: 5-7+ years of experience as a fullstack developer Experience/Familiarity with Microsoft Framework (.Net Core, C#, etc) and Angular on the frontend o Enterprise level experience with AWS or Azure Experience with different languages ie. React, Node, Java, C++, Angular, Python, etc. (they do not want someone who only wants to be tied to one language/framework) Soft skills/communication is HUGE they will be working with internal product, customer, sales teams as well as the client/IT stakeholders so being able to communicate effectively is crucialo Comfortable being in client facing roles Desired SkillsPlusses: WPF experience Experience as a tech lead (will be doing peer reviews but will not be managing a team)
