RealSure is expanding and enhancing its bold products to improve the consumer home selling and buying transaction experience. The integral role of Program Manager,  reporting to the Director of Program Strategy and Client Acquisition of RealSure.

Role Summary:  
The Program Manager will provide strategic insights for new programs and lead continuous program improvement efforts for a core RealSure product. The role will collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, marketing, training, operations, and other key stakeholders to guarantee that both new products and enhancements are delivered flawlessly to customers and agents.

This position is 100% remote.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Program Design. Partner with the Program Strategy team to develop enhancements to ensure a differentiated experience for consumers and agents alike, taking inputs from internal performance and adoption data as well as market trends. Monitor the competitive landscape weekly, track market share and make recommendations to keep RealSure best in class.
  • Technology & Systems. Be a program/product expert and act as a partner for Customer Acquisition and Client Success teams to ensure the customer experience is always in sync with RealSure strategy and business requirements. Support the implementation of program tools including analyzing business needs and identifying requirements, user testing, and communication of enhancements / new features.
  • Marketing & Operations. Partner with marketing and communication teams on the program brand evolution, external marketing asset needs, and PR. Streamline program support operations to ensure program can scale and grow smoothly and efficiently.
  • Project Management & Presentations. Create work plans to be used individually, and with internal and external partners to drive clear goals, timelines and deliverables. Create presentations for executives and leadership that summarize key points in program updates and performance and future planning.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience 
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design, structure, and lead projects
  • Excels at building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Must be able to operate well under ambiguity, have a desire to grow, and respond well to feedback
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required
  • Experience excelling in a highly matrixed environment with ability to work across multiple business units, a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10% (once it’s safe to travel)
