Your mission:

Analyze and forecast the lending portfolio. Your goal will be to help the business identify, understand, and assess key performance trends while also modeling and explaining the economic impact of major initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to dynamically forecast a growing portfolio of products.
  • Manage the monthly forecasting and annual budget processes by working with cross functional teams across the organization.
  • Develop, prepare and present specialized reports, profitability analyses, investment analyses and other ad-hoc projects as required.
  • Maintain processes for tracking projects and communicating results to management.

  • Analytical Skills : Able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it; exhibits a probing mind and achieves penetrating insights.

  • High Standards : Expects personal performance and team performance to be above average.
  • What you should have:

  • 3+ year’s strong hands-on analyst experience with exceptional logical and conceptual data modeling skills, including experience building and maintaining Excel-based financial models
  • Market knowledge: finance, statistics, accounting, and/or financial services, econometric or statistical modeling.
  • Data analysis / SQL experience.
