We are looking for a self-starter that flourishes in a fast-paced environment full of change.RequirementsDaily and Monthly Responsibilities Accomplishes team results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching and praising job results Responsible for performance evaluations and monthly quality and productivity profile and feedback to team members Monitor metrics for team and create corrective processes to meet customer and company needs Administers performance management, recognition and disciplinary actions on a timely basis Performs routine call quality reviews on recorded or live calls according to Call Center procedures for Client Advisors Set and execute on priorities for self and team based on department strategic goals Improves quality results by evaluating processes and recommending changes.
