The role will support our Nestlé Premium Waters (NPW) division, a newly created category in Nestlé USA’s portfolio focused on elevating iconic brands including San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Perrier and Nesquik. As part of the NPW Sales team, you will gain valuable experience by supporting key objectives focused on cultivating demand, equity, and elevating our Premium Beverage Portfolio. Sr National Execution Manager
This Senior Manager position is critical for the integration of the Foodservice Divisions integration into the overall Nestle USA sales group. This role will represent both International Premium water brands, and one of Nestle’s most iconic beverage brands, Nesquik Ready to Drink, from a strategic segment and customer perspective. Develop and implement annual business plans and go-to market strategies that are aligned with overall company, business, and customer goals, while achieving profitable sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for to lead Nesquik Brands for Foodservice by leading all brand selling materials and managing existing customer base
  • This position will lead the creation of Beverage Distributor standard Operating Procedures and On-Premise selling materials with a focus on maintaining alignment with the small format Nestle USA division
  • Assume management of Vistar Wholesaler, Office & Vending Channel and Vend Agency Partner
  • Build Business Plans with accountability to actions that achieves sales driven goals
  • Leverage Account Management skills which combine category, customer & consumer insights, leveraging our 4P tools and using effective selling/negotiation skills that deliver the expected business results
  • Develop business relationships beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders and reporting levels at leave one up from the buyer/category manager
  • Responsible and accountable to achieve all agreed upon KPI’s
  • Collaborate with peer groups to share and leverage best practices. Collaborate with business partners to advocate on behalf of needs and close gaps (Field Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Development, Retail Customer Service, CDP, Finance & Learning and training)
  • Qualifications

    Job Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of relevant field sales, account management, business development and/or category development experience with CPG category, distributor, or retail operation
  • Successful track record of delivering exceptional KPI results
  • Demonstrated success in previous roles including strong execution skills
  • P&L experience
  • Advanced Knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Field Sales, CCSD, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, a/o CDSO, Globe and HR)
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively using prioritization 
  • 2+ years prior Foodservice Industry Experience
  • Advanced Knowledge of core Business Processes and Fundamentals (Sales/Distribution, Business/Customer Planning and Management, Financial Reporting/Implications, Training, HR Policies, T&P, MBS, ICP, NiM)
  • Advanced Knowledge of Customer Businesses, Category/ Channel/ shopper trends/ shopper insight and implications on our business
  • Articulate Nestlé business results with deep knowledge of the role each channel has on business impact
  • Strong proficiency working with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong command of business mathematics with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically, and drive execution against goals.
