What will you be doing

  • Work with internal teams to  setup newly sold agreements, process credits & change orders as needed
  • Proactively provide tools & information to both Account Executives and clients to enable agreement renewal, including modified equipment list pricing and warranty detail
  • Generate forecasting and opportunity reports for business groups and leadership (monthly)
  • Work with manufacturers on sub-coverage equipment quotes and warranty clarification
  • Create equipment list quotes from BOMs & completed site surveys
  • Participate in turnover meetings at project completion for Agreement or warranty support; validate that AE and client discussed service coverage opportunities
  • Maintain existing Agreements (database updates, price/date changes, etc.)
  • Process and monitor Sub-coverage purchase requests to fulfill new & renewal business
  • Secure payment detail to finalize transactions
  • Contact clients with outstanding Service receivables and drive collection activity

    Physical Working Environment:
  • Work is performed in an office environment with long periods of sitting and keyboarding
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms
  • What do we require from you?
    Education/Certifications:
  • High School Diploma, Associates degree (AA) or equivalent experience
  • Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
  • At least one year related customer service industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial time pressure and to perform under the demands set by the company
  • Audio Visual equipment knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong math and keyboarding skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with  emphasis on Excel
  • Experience with  ERP and CRM application s
  • Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Ability to efficiently meet deadlines
  • Must be self-directed, capable of working well independently as well as contributing in a team environment
