Job Summary
Provide onsite support to the project team with mildly complex the procurement related activities. May be required to support other procurement duties. Receives minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Execute requisition process for commodities, supplies, construction services and third-party rental equipment with support from Field Procurement Supervisor and/or Manager if applicable. Prepare contract documents for bidding, evaluation by project team, negotiations, award contracts and post-award activities for field procurement. Execute Field Purchase Orders, Rental Agreements, Service Agreements, and Subcontracts using an Enterprise Procurement System. Responsible for understanding and executing all relevant Corporate, Project Home Office and Field Procurement procedures and policies. Ensure all required vendor documentation for field procurements are requested as part of the contract and received in a timely manner. Review and approve invoices using invoice processing software. Process field contract revisions. Maintain Field Requisition and Invoice logs. Coordinate requisition process and field procurement activities with other groups within the team including Project Controls and Construction with the Home Office Project Procurement Manager. Duties may include the administration of Subcontracts and Service Agreements including the tracking of milestones for contractual compliance with liquidated damage clauses, work authorizations, technical advisor and training time, claims and back charges. Assist in the coordination of Materials Management process. Train others within the project team on the field requisition and procurement processes. Individual contributor with no subordinates

Preferred Qualifications
BA or BS degree in Purchasing, Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Engineering, or Technical or related field (preferred)
Relevant experience may be substituted for a degree
Preferred Skills: Proficient Attention to Detail. Proficient Communication - Written and Oral. Proficient Computer - Database and MS Office. Proficient Contract Comprehension. Proficient Data Entry. Basic Mathematics. Proficient Organizing Data. Basic Problem Solving
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years experience without a degree. OSHA and any other mandatory training should an onsite position be assigned. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
