Candidate needs to be within a reasonable commuting distance of DH Lebanon to attend some onsite meetings Responsible for daily administration of the organization's Pension and Retirement Plans Prepare retirement calculations/packets for retiring employees Ensure enrollment information is sent to eligible participants in a timely manner, counsel employees regarding retirement benefits and provide subject matter expertise for resolution of escalated retirement inquiries from our Benefits Service Center Assist the Sr. Benefits Analyst with retirement audits, reconciliations and any necessary corrections Process retirement paperwork including entry into pension payer's system for retiree payment and elections. Update Benefits system with retirement information Liaison between vendors and employees to resolve questions and problems for both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans Assist with retirement seminars Assist with annual retirement audits in preparation of the financials and associated Form 5500 filings Review reports for the Defined Contribution 403(b)/401(a)/457(b) plans and works with internal and external partners to resolve any issues Supports benefits service center team by ensuring adequate knowledge base information is available Ensures that the benefits information found on the Intranet and benefit administrator's portal is accurate and up-to-date Performs other duties as required or assigned.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience in retirement plan administration Must possess initiative, interpersonal relationship skills, and the ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, handle periodically heavy workload, and function with limited supervision Proficient in data manipulation in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, vlookup, charting) Strong customer service skills/mindset Must have ability to maintain strict confidentiality of information handledRequired Licensure/Certification Skills: None
