The OpportunityDelaware North Gaming is seaching for a Revenue Manager to join our team. As a Revenue Manager, your goal will be to maximize profitability across Delaware North's casino hotel properties. Specifically, you will focus on forecasting, pricing, yield managements, and oversight of analysis related to consumer behavior. You will also work closely with Casino Marketing, Sales, and Property Operations to ensure that all parties are working in concert and have a clear understanding of strategy and performance. ResponsibilitiesDevelop profit optimization strategies for hotel properties by consumer segment and product type.Collaborate with channel leaders to optimize reinvestment and discount levels.Direct group sales strategies to ensure profit accredive group mix and placement.Maintain the revenue management reporting and anlytics strategy.Maintain forecast quality and RMS system performance optimization.Key decision maker in establish daily pricing and discounting strategy.Hotel yield control authority for multiple properties.Channel distribution decisions for multiple properties and multiple channels.Optimization of Total Profit PAR.Lead annual revenue planning process for casino hotels.Ensures accurate forecasting.Ensuring all SOPs are kepts up to date and relevant, and adhered to.Adhere to 3rd party parity and LRA contract compliance requirements.Lead analyst community in studying lodger behaviors and trends to uncover opportunities to drive profitability.Oversee weekly yield meetings, keeping General Managers appraised of strategy & performance, and provide direction to channel leaders in deploying sales & marketing tactics.Guide Hotel Operations and Call Center teams in deploying strategies, including upselling.Will, in partnership with other parties, lead selection process for Revenue Management System.Partner with RMS Vendor to continuously improve system performance.
