*Job Description*The Sr. Finance Consultant requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual, looking to work for an industry leading, Fortune 5 company. This position is part of our PBM Financial Operations Member Experience department, a dynamic and skilled group, which manages all member-facing financial activities for CVS Health’s Caremark business. The Sr. Consultant will be part of the Member Payments team, a group responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reimbursements direct to Caremark members. The candidate will need to be in a commutable distance to the Scottsdale, AZ office.Key Responsibilities:-Represent department on various projects and initiatives that impact our business operations and ability to provide a successful experience with our members-Coordinate with contracted third-party vendors to ensure efficient and appropriate usage of resources to maximize ability to meet customer and regulatory requirements -Support team Consultants by providing quality review, metric measurement, and serve as a backup to the manager -The Sr. Consultant will collaborate with colleagues across departments and external entities to deliver on key enterprise initiatives-Manage various projects and tasks which align to departmental goals and objectives-Actively find solutions for resolving complex processes/requests through creative and sustainable solutions-Challenge existing business practices and methods to seek opportunities to increase operational efficiency, helping to foster culture of continuous improvementMust be able to travel in to the office 10-15% of the time.*Required Qualifications*-3 or more years of experience in a finance or accounting operations role*COVID Requirements**COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement*CVS Health requires its Colleagues in certain positions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.* If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 10 days of your employment.
