VP / Director of Sales - Transportation - Liquid Bulk Chemicals - Remote

ISC's team of Sales Recruiters has been retained by a prominent and growing Transportation company to recruit candidates for a VP / Director of Sales - Transportation - Liquid Bulk Chemicals - Remote position. This role provides tremendous long-term growth opportunity and ability for uncapped potential based on performance.

VP / Director of Sales - Transportation - Liquid Bulk Chemicals - Qualifications - Do you have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics or related discipline.
  • 5 + years of sales and new business development experience in Liquid Bulk Chemicals in the Transportation industry.
  • Ability to leverage and build strategic partnerships to maximize sales and grow the business.
  • Proven track of success in generating new business accounts and book of business for bulk tank.
  • Regional bulk tank experience a plus.
  • Prior knowledge of Transportation and 3rd Party Logistics.
  • Must have very good written and verbal communications, planning, negotiation, customer relations and problem solving skills.
  • Proven organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Project or equivalent Project Planning Tool.
  • Ability to travel overnight.
Job Requirements:
VP / Director of Sales - Transportation - Liquid Bulk Chemicals - Remote - Responsibilities:
  • The VP / Director of Sales for Transportation - Liquid Bulk Chemicals with be responsible for new business development and achieving defined sales goals in support of the growth targets, contract management, pricing, sales calls, maintaining CRMs and P&L management.
  • Align Transportation sales objectives with the company's business strategy through active participation in sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives.
