RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer Inbound Calls from Customers and Address Questions & Concerns
Provide Information About Their Insurance Coverage, Benefit Plans, & Make Updates
Schedule Orders, Check Order Statuses, Take Payments, & Enroll Customers in Programs Offered
Navigate Through Multiple Computer Applications with Speed & Accuracy
WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Ethernet Cable to plug into the Modem directly (Cannot plug into a router)
High-Speed Cable Internet with At Least 25 Mbps Download Speed and 3 Mbps Upload Speed (No Satellite, Hotspot, Wireless Carrier Internet)
Quiet, Secured Workspace
Equipment that will be provided for this position only (Computer Tower, Dual Monitors, Headset, Cables for Computer & Monitors, Webcam, Keyboard, & Mouse)
Will require to have a smartphone/tablet to access Authentication Codes for the job
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must Live in the State of Texas
18+ Years Old & High School Diploma/GED
Professional Positive Attitude & Courteous Telephone Etiquette
Full-Time Schedule Availability (Evenings/Weekends Required)
