Fairview Search Group, LLC is seeking a SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST for a 100% remote position with a company based in Davidson, NC!

The Senior Financial Analyst is embedded in daily operations, supporting both short term and long term planning. The Analyst is expected to analyze data and provide recommendations and lead cross functional decision making and implementation of the recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Participates in the consolidated operating and multi-year financial models. Prepare annual and quarterly budgets and continual rolling forecasts.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and management reporting, analyzing results and variances, assessing business performance and risks, and communicating key messages to senior management team.
- Continually improve current processes, tools and methodologies for budgeting, forecasting, analysis and ?nancial reporting to improve e?ciency, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Ad hoc work as requested by managers and business partners in the areas of investor relations, finance, cost and price analysis, and merger and acquisition support.
- Maintenance of monthly KPI tracking and management dashboards.
- Building and tracking of cost and pricing models and understanding of the business impacts.
- Treasury, cash management, and foreign exchange functions, understanding of how to best use cash on hand and limit foreign exchange impacts.
- Four years or more of relevant experience within corporate finance, FP&A, or data science. Ideally more recent experience in strategic or operational finance functions in a high-growth company.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Strong MS Office skills needed, particularly in Excel or other data analysis packages. Candidate should be comfortable with financial modeling and working with large amounts of data; SQL skills preferred.
- Knowledge of or experience with data science or business analytic softwares.
