We are looking for a high-performing and motivated Sales Director to join our team and help fuel our explosive growth globally. Sales Director responsibilities include:

  • Owning and hitting/exceeding sales targets
  • Drive net-new revenue growth through new logo acquisition by owning the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets
  • Identify potential customers and help build pipeline by utilizing different contact methods and working with your network, attending key trade shows and speaking engagements
  • Partner with customers to understand their strategic goals and demonstrate how our solution will enable their achievement of these goals with quantifiable business value and ROI
  • Build credibility and serve as a trusted advisor to guide prospects through the sales process
  • Drive an enterprise level team-oriented sales process utilizing all available internal resources at the appropriate time in the buyer's journey
  • Coordinate and orchestrate the strategic collaboration between the prospect and CallMiner's senior executives by proactively coordinating and facilitating those interactions
  • Maintain comprehensive sales plans in our CRM to facilitate team selling and downstream customer onboarding, customer success and growth initiatives

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years quota carrying enterprise sales experience and proven track record in a SaaS business model.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levels
  • Demonstrated experience in Business Value/ ROI based selling
  • Technical proficiency to quickly learn and present a SaaS based solution at a reasonable depth
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • You believe in team-based selling
  • Experience selling data analytics solutions helpful
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems
  • Ability to travel as required
