About the role

The Zillow Advisors Team Manager will create the strategy and implement direction for the team. Duties for the role include but are not limited to:

• Shape and build the team strategy
• On-going coaching and development of the team
• Hold formal 1:1’s each week
• Analyze reporting metrics and coach the team accordingly
• Own relationships and communication with partner teams including agent, underwriting, product, closing teams
• Own new rep hiring, training and onboarding within teams
• Coach workload and direction for Support staff and pivot teams focus accordingly
• Continually creating Standard Operational Procedures

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

·2-4 years as a team manager leading 8-10 people a plus

·Sales leadership experience or working in a sales leadership environment

·See customer service as vital to the success of an organization

·Ability to create training materials and deliver them to the team

·A quick and flexible learner

·Leadership qualities, a desire to coach, mentor and guide peers

·Excellent problem solving skills with a technical aptitude

·Ability to listen and hear opportunities that lead to success for Susan and ZG

·Ability to occasionally work weekends

·Salesforce, Excel, Chatbox experience a plus

·College Degree a plus

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for variable incentives and/or equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
