Temporary - Recruiter/Sourcer - REMOTE

The Recruiter/Sourcer is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. Develops and executes cost effective networking and creative recruiting and sourcing/social media strategies, that enable Prospect to recruit and retain talented and highly motivated employees. Plays a critical role in ensuring the organization is attracting and hiring the best possible talent and is aligned with industry best practices. In addition, as a member of the HR team, is responsible for championing the company's mission and values.



Job Responsibilities/Duties

  • Performs all facets of sourcing and recruiting, including consulting with hiring manager and talent acquisition team to develop a sourcing strategy. Posts positions on various sites, sources candidates, reviews resumes, prescreens candidates, conducts interviews, and matches candidates to organization-wide positions. Screens candidates via telephone regarding their job search (candidate goals, motivation, financial expectations, family needs, practice history, etc.). Tracks status and follow-up to ensure candidates have been vetted appropriately. Continuously explores alternative staffing, sourcing, and selection techniques to align with industry best practices.
  • Manages recruiting vendors, temporary staffing needs, agencies and accounts, negotiates pricing/terms and reviews invoices.
  • Develops, analyzes, tracks and reports sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness, implement changes or other best practices. Analyzes recruiting policies and practices recommending changes as appropriate. Prepares and distributes accurate and timely monthly and ad hoc reporting.
  • Contributes to various department recruitment initiatives and other duties as assigned, recommending new approaches and ideas to effect continual improvement in efficiency of department and services provided. Supports company Mission and demonstrates company Values. Plans, coordinates, and attends all recruitment events and manages all projects related to recruitment initiatives.


Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Minimum Experience: One (1) year of recruiting experience. Three (3) years of experience in Human Resources. Expert level in ATS and ATS reporting. Sourcing and recruiting skills using the latest technology. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of products including, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint. Healthcare experience preferred
