You gather appropriate information from every phone call such as the service issue, how the customer heard about Lantz's, and customer information. Using your problem-solving skills, you schedule efficiently and ensure that you prioritize service requests to serve the most urgent needs. Utilizing ServiceTitan, you add and update customer information whenever you receive new information as well as use the map feature to plan efficient routes for technicians. Leveraging your communication skills, you ensure that service crews are well informed and ready to go! You feel good about using your dispatch skills to help our technicians and clients!Ability to work evenings and weekendsHigh school diploma or equivalentComputer skillsData entry experienceRelated industry or ServiceTitan experience is a plus!
