Remote Software Developer (Ruby, Python, Java)

Job Description

Move legacy systems to the cloud for the client processing sites

Work in a collaborative, agile environment to pair programming and writing unit tests

Collaborate with team leads and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications

Test and deploying programs and applications

Analyze information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of software development experience -- Required languages are Ruby, Python, Java

Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent degree/years of experience

Experience in software programming in a AWS environment

Knowledge of DoD Secure coding techniques

Knowledge of AWS automatic DevSecOps pipeline service and tools

Agile experience using JIRA and Confluence

Ability to travel to nearby site once per quarter

Security + or obtain in 6 months
