    Minimum qualifications:

  • HSG / GED
  • 2 years experience recruiting in a call center or other high volume recruitment setting.
  • Ability to provide communication that is clear and direct, both written and oral.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, with an ability to quickly shift focus as required by needs of the business.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Effectively communicate with hiring managers, with an ability to encourage and solicit candidate feedback regarding candidates.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with ATS system, iCIMS preferred

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage applicant flow from internal and external postings within our applicant tracking platform.
  • Recruit for both high volume call center and corporate office positions
  • Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of potential candidates through networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Responsible for meeting operational and corporate hiring targets to ensure company growth goals are achieved.
  • Represent ERC in a positive and professional manner at recruiting events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
  • Review candidates and conduct phone screens, first interviews, side-by-side and testing as required prior to presenting the candidate to the hiring manager.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Leadership to develop new and creative forms of sourcing candidates, as well as identifying potential points of failure within the on-boarding process.
