As a Numerator Graphic Designer, you will drive the creation of stunning presentation assets that effectively communicate the power of the company’s products and services. While the primary focus will be on presentations, you will work with a variety of tools and software to visualize data and create compelling narratives. Your job will be to bring Numerator content to life in a way that delights audiences and inspires them to act with urgency. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to elevate new and existing sales and marketing materials into impactful content that resonates with target audiences
  • Develop, design and layout concepts based on notes, sketches, other provided materials for projects
  • Effectively use the components in the Numerator design system to develop on-brand materials and uphold brand standards
  • Concept and create visual assets for additional marketing project types as needed

A portfolio review of work samples demonstrating samples of branding, illustrations, visual communication, visual storytelling, and the like will be required for this role.

  • 2+ years of industry experience in graphics and visual design
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design or creative studies or equivalent work experience in-house or agency
  • Possess intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi and Keynote
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite applications, with high proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign using MacOS; AfterEffects experience desired, but not required
  • Ability to drive the design process by independently defining requirements, scoping projects, and prioritizing tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work successfully as part of a cross-functional team
  • Superb collaborator and communicator with a good eye for design and aesthetics
  • Have experience working under pressure and be able to handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time
  • B2B experience a plus
