  • Correspond with customers via phone and email to verify information on applications are correct. Fix any incorrect information.
  • Review customer documents and upload.
  • Maintain a friendly attitude toward all customers in all interactions.
  • Enter customer data accurately into computer system.
  • Be knowledgeable about the application process.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality.
  • Up to 20% travel/in-person activities.
