JOB SUMMARY

Support responsibilities will include all technologies, systems, and applications used by associates in the offices and in the field.  An experienced technician will handle support primarily via ticketing system, telephone, and chat. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Acts as the brand advocate for all customers
  • Directly interacts with our valued customers daily
  • Maintains the highest level of professionalism while managing sensitive client and customer details
  • Demonstrates empathy while providing thoughtful and prompt responses
  • Follows up frequently with customers throughout while working to resolve ticket request
  • Research customer solutions and escalate situations when needed
  • Use of Zendesk or other support platforms
  • Strives to exceed volume and quality goals
  • Assist with side projects as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years customer-centric industry experience, preferably with customer service experience
  • 1 year support experience in CDL POS applications (Oracle/Micros/Symphony) strongly preferred
  • Communicate openly and respectfully with teammates, clients and customers
  • Reliable and accountable – adhere to a consistent work schedule
  • Accept ownership over your quality of work and take initiative to keep moving
  • Good problem solving skills and clearly explaining solutions
  • Thrive in a face paced, high volume environment
  • Strong communication skills – interpersonal and written with keen attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills and typing, high level of comfort in web-based applications
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required or equivalent experience
