Hello! I have multiple AEM roles across the country with a variety of clients, but here is one specific role that I am actively working on. If you are interested in discussing this role further or any other roles with different companies, please let me know!
Office Location: San Diego Area (Carlsbad), California - 100% remote - (MUST BE WILLING TO WORK PST Work Hours)
Duration: 12+ months
Interviews: Typically one-and-done, or occasionally a quick 2nd interview
2x Open Roles:
- 1x FullStack AEM Developer
- 1x Technical Lead (really just a senior person, but they are calling it a lead so the rate is a little bit higher)
Personality is huge, in addition to technical skills, for this manager. The manager wants people who are passionate, honest about what they know and willing to learn what they don't already know. People who have a desire to seek out new knowledge and try new ways of doing things are very important!
Client is looking for AEM Full Stack candidates that are Problem Solvers, not just AEM component developers that are simply Task Executers. The manager is also not looking for Java Developers who have simply "touched" on AEM, or AEM developers with just Front-end or Back-end experience, but true AEM Fullstack Developers
Lastly, the manager gave us this list of skills and would like us to have candidates describe themselves in relation to the technology stack (1: years of experience and 2: strength from "0-10 out of 10" for each skill)
