The role will be responsible for providing independent valuations on residential whole loan mortgages and structured finance assets: RMBS, CMBS, CLO's, and ABS. Additionally, this person will be responsible for analyzing issuer, collateral, and deal performance. This role is a remote position.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have a quantitative bachelor’s degree and 5+ experience valuing credit-sensitive MBS/ABS assets.
  • Knowledge of Polypaths, Intex, Bloomberg and proven hands-on experience with data analysis, database management (SQL or Access) is also important.
  • Work toward a CFA and previous experience in a mortgage-related role is required.
  • A desire and passion to work with clients and support the firm's business development efforts.
