Client Focused.**Join Staff Management | SMX as our next Vice President, Peak TeamsThe Vice President, Peak Teams leader is hands on leader, responsible for PeopleManagement's operations, sales, and service strategies for Peak team offerings, launch and roll-out. As a results driven leader this role will need to be a self-starter who can deliver on expectations while being strategically agile in maintaining clear direction of outcomes. The position is critical in implementing strategic initiatives, as well as, developing and nurturing long-term business relationships with key clients, client prospects, and partners at the executive level to drive awareness. All the while overseeing a team and fostering a culture of accountability, development, high performance, and ethical conduct.**Essential Job Functions:****BUSINESS ACUMEN**Provides leadership and responsible for training team members, setting strategy and monitoring progress towards goals and initiatives. Set Goals and objectives that align with overall business strategy and work closely with Sr. Leadership team to establish working KPI's and reporting to measure success. Collaborate with Sr. Leadership on growth strategy by creating a 3-year plan. Set-up core processes to operationalize business with support of shared service functions. Have a hands-on and building while driving approach for running and scaling a new business.**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES**Create a 30/60/90-day plan and form sales territory initiatives, forecast reports and collaborate with Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies for Peak Teams launch and roll-out. Develop, share, and maintain an in-depth knowledge of key market features, as well as knowledge of all key competitors. Build out a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and talent. Works closely with sales team and manage CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information. Ensure a seamless transition from sales to post-sales activities. Play a "player/coach" role - supporting and driving sales/operations. Identify well-fitted clients and navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple senior stakeholders. Assume full responsibility of quota attainment post initiative launch.**FORECASTING AND BUDGETING**Design effective budget models, while developing and managing to a P**Experience:**+ 7-10 years of proven success in business operations of a service industry.+ 3+ years of experience leading remote and road teams.+ Demonstrated success in recruiting and leading sales/operations professionals; including using a variety of approaches to help others develop to their fullest potential+ Experience in B2B Sales environment.+ P Experience required.+ Logistics background preferred.+ Experience in startup and new project work preferred.+ Proficiency in growing business units and creating scalability.+ Experience in driving results utilizing a CRM tool (SFDC) to plan and drive profitability and growth, winning new accounts with sustainable and profitable client relationships.This is a remote opportunity that cannot be performed in CO.**Our Culture:**We're in the business of people, so support and teamwork are important to us.
