Develops and implements corporate policies and procedures. Standardizes procurement contracts, service level agreements, systems and processes across the organization. Develops business unit relationships with category owners. Fosters awareness and education of procurement best practices throughout the organization. Monitors supplier contracts across the organization. Job Summary Captures and analyzes the enterprise third-party spend information, assesses market conditions and trends to identify value creation opportunities, monitors assurance of supply, and identifies alternate sources of supply for goods and services. Supports the development of category profiles and opportunity assessments that enable business units to successfully achieve their objectives and contribute to the growth and profitability of the company. Supports the development and execution of supplier performance and supplier risk management strategies. Creates and manages operational and strategic performance scorecards and management reporting. Administers the technology solutions, policies and procedures used by the department and assesses established internal controls. Identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities for the department.Job Description:Job Level SummaryRequires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines.Solves complex problems.Works independently, receives minimal guidance.May lead projects or project steps within a broader project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives.Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.Level at which career may stabilize for many years or until retirement.Primary AccountabilitiesDevelops complex spend analytics and financial modeling using advanced data visualization techniques, gathering data from all enterprise source systems, applying category taxonomy, and producing customized reporting to identify insights and opportunities in coordination with sourcing team.Develops complex market analysis and provides data on current and future global/domestic market conditions, benchmarks, and industry trends and identifies impacts to our enterprise goals and initiatives.Develops advanced reporting and analytics to monitor supplier contracts, supplier risk, compliance with Enterprise requirements, and supplier performance.Serves as the lead for sourcing and procurement technology including end-user support, training and project management of software upgrades, releases and implementations. Acts as liaison with sourcing and procurement technology suppliers to maintain the supplier relationship, resolve system/user issues, keep abreast of software upgrades and new releases.Leads the design, development, execution and presentation of timely and accurate department performance metrics and management reports.
