REMOTE DE&I Coordinator

Job Description

An employer is looking for a project coordinator to join their growing organization to focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. This person will work with an executive to help coordinate his DE&I program and initiatives. This will include organizing and hosting virtual events, creating content, measuring results and focusing on operations and execution.

Minimum Requirements

1+ year of experience working on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion projects

Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating projects in an enterprise setting

Experience measuring and quantifying project results to understand ROI

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desired Skills

Experience with content creation and strategy in the DE&I space

Bachelor's degree
