Job you will do
We are looking for consultants who are interested in complex financial modeling, valuation services for transaction, compliance, and controversy purposes, or ESOP advisory. We aren’t picky about location. Real-world accounting or finance experience is a plus but experience specific to valuation or transaction consulting is not a prerequisite.
What you will do
- Perform all phases of a valuation engagement including research, financial analysis and determination of value conclusions.
- Help clients make decisions through complex financial modeling
- Assist in transactions, including those providing employee ownership through ESOPs
- Work with clients to understand risks and opportunities in their business.
- Focus on technical and personal development, with opportunities to present and become the expert.
- Work with a skilled team to brainstorm and solve complex problems.
What you will bring along
- You have your Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- You have two plus years of accounting or finance experience
- You have knowledge of accounting principles and business valuation methodologies
- You are able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- You have the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects.
- You have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and clients, including virtually.
- You are proficient with computers, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) skills.
