We value relationships with our customers and communities.General descriptionThe primary role of the Equipment Compliance Analyst is to perform compliance related administrative and technical tasks for the updating compliance reports and listings, maintaining product compliance database, maintaining product certificates, researching compliance agency submittals and updates, assembly of product technical files, technical support for the compliance engineers, procurement and management of outside standards and coordinating departmental ISO documentation.Essential functions & responsibilitiesResearch compliance related regulations for equipment and instrumentationDocumentation and compliance with all regulations: Federal, State, LocalEnsure compliance for import/export through Harmonized Tariff Schedule classificationMaintain product compliance information in our PLM databaseMaintain product certifications, permits and registrationsTechnical support for the compliance engineersResearch and document compliance related issues, which include: new regulations & equipment /component certifications requirements.Coordinate with Strategic Product Compliance team to on regulation updates and provide impact summary to ETS team.Read and interpret state, national and international tank/equipment regulations.Maintain tank database - tank registrations, tank-product approvals, ownershipExecute and maintain tank state registrationsCoordinate with EH and ETS on the decommissioning and removal of tanks from customer sitesManage the review and approval process for Neat DeliveryCompile and clean up Neat Delivery & Storage Tank informationCommunicate tank/equipment compliance requirements to internal and external customers.Serve as the equipment compliance representative on cross functional teams.Supplemental responsibilitiesActively support DBS programs and activities.Serves as a resource and mentor to other technical staff members by sharing knowledge of ChemTreat products, processes, and systems and expertise in compliance.Other duties as assignedKnowledge & skillsTechnical, Analytical skills and business knowledgeCommunication and Interpersonal skills; Teamwork and leadershipOrganizational skills; Self-managementKnowledge of the structure and function of law and regulationsKnowledge of the requirements for FDA, Kosher, GHSEducation & experienceMinimum of BA/BS degree in Physical Science, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.Minimum of 5 years of Compliance experienceUnderstanding of regulatory transportation requirements: DOT, ICAO, IDMG, TDGRequired experience in:HTS classification49 CFR complianceULKnowledge of global equipment/instrumentation regulationsThe salary range for this role is $56,600 - 65,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.
