The Implementation Solution Analyst will work to understand, capture, and translate business needs into technical solutions working closely with the Solutions Leads and project team, Responsibilities will be to follow the solution from inception through to delivery, supporting and confirming the business needs are met each step of the way with the solutions delivered.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with various client, vendor, and business partners to gather business requirements and provide the appropriate level and balance of expertise and documentation to enable the business and technical delivery by the delivery team
  • Build competency in assigned area of business process to enable serving as a subject matter expert (SME) to the delivery team
  • Guide acceptance activities of the solutions they are responsible for defining and delivering
  • Work with operations teams to ensure technical solution is understood and adopted by end users

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of experience with detailed business process analysis
  • 4+ years of experience with process mapping and workflow documentation
  • 4+ years of experience acquiring and providing the detailed requirements including User Stories for technical solutions
  • 4+ years of experience with data analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in development and delivery of solutions delivered including internal and external service providers and partners
  • Experience communicating effectively and problem solving with both business and technical audiences at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge within the practice-level healthcare space and operational business expectations
  • Experience with Risk & Quality business processing including a general understanding of the annual processing cycles
  • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (i.e., Allscripts, Epic, etc.)
  • Experience with implementation tasks and activities for entities and/or services to users
  • Detail - oriented, analytic thinker
  • Able to manage assigned work with minimal oversight
  • Significant experience working in a highly matrixed environment

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600.
