Job Description:
This role is responsible for answering around 80-120 inbound calls daily from customers who have questions, concerns or need additional information regarding their mortgage accounts, hazard insurance or additional property protection they have purchased.

Pay Rate : $15.00 / hr
Temp to Perm - Yes, potential based on business need and their production pattern.
Shift Timings : Hours of operation are between 08:00 AM - 12:00 AM (8 Hrs/ Day)
What you need to bring?
Education : HS Diploma / GED or Higher
Minimum 6 Months Of Customer Service Experience
