Position: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Remote
Rate: Negotiable Based on Experience
Duration: 3+ Months

About the Role:

Our client is looking for a full-cycle Talent Acquisition Partner who will help us shape a best in class Talent Acquisition function on our team. This person will be responsible for working with a variety of hiring managers to find and screen applicants for positions all across our team. This person will be developing best in class hiring practices, focused on the hiring manager and candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening and face-to-face interviews through to hire for all assigned business roles
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team and hiring needs
  • Develop creative recruiting/sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles
  • Provide a high-quality experience for every potential candidate through effective communication and consistent follow-through
  • Understand and be an advocate for the organization's culture, products, strategic direction Help craft job descriptions, build recruitment strategies, and create compelling messaging to potential candidates
  • Design and maintain hiring processes & procedures, employer branding, onboarding, and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively
  • Develop appropriate training materials to educate employees and managers on interviewing best practices
  • Maintain our Applicant Tracking System, Greenhouse, and be able to report on a variety Talent Acquisition metrics
  • What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience working across a wide range of roles at all levels. Start-up experience is a plus!
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
  • Experience utilizing an ATS, experience with Greenhouse a plus
  • Highly organized, with a keen eye for details.
  • Superior work ethic and proven history of project management.
  • A positive, self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Team-player with a ‘no task too small’ attitude.
