Join the team that is developing software products and solutions used across the energy value chain.

DNV Energy System's Sustainable Use group is seeking a Product Manager. Think strategically and apply skills in product management: gather market information, interview customers, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, run sprints, develop systems, tools and processes for scale, work with customers and the product team to collect feedback and iterate, support on design sprints for new product ideas.

This position can be remote from anywhere in the Continental U.S. (except Colorado).

What You'll Do

* Develop and implement product strategies consistent with DNV strategy
* Ship high quality products to major energy customers
* Lead by example and results
* Develop systems, tools and processes for scale
* Build amazing experiences with cutting edge tech
* Work with customers and the product team to collect feedback and iterate
* Deliver best in class clean energy products
* Support existing tools, identify enhancements, track and promote usage across company

Position Qualifications

What Is Required

* Bachelor's degree or higher in quantitative field or related field or commensurate experience required
* 3 or more years' experience SQL required
* 2 or more years' experience with business intelligence software (PowerBI, Tableau, other) required
* 3 or more years of hands-on product experience
* Proven track record of launching successful software, mobile or online products or services. required
* CRM experience (MS Dynamics 365 experience is preferable)
* Successful track record in working closely with engineering teams to deliver large, cross-functional, projects on fast paced schedules.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deliverables, and remaining flexible
* Experience in writing business requirements documents and user stories
* Presentation and training experience is required
* Most importantly, this person should display a positive, team-oriented attitude to match our friendly work environment
* Travel up to 25% (domestic and international)
* We conduct a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

* Energy efficiency, renewable energy, or energy storage experience is preferred
* JIRA (Administration)
* Python
