Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Remote Encompass Administrator to join their team. The administrator will be supporting end-users through various communication methods, and ensuring a high level of customer service. They are responsible for being more knowledgeable about advanced concepts within the settings of Encompass, and being able to successfully create custom input forms, custom print forms, fields, business rules, and some advanced coding within Encompass. The most common task this person will be in charge of is updating the Encompass system based on clients' needs, so having a strong background in integrations like TPO Connect, LO Connect, etc is required. This person must have at least 2 years' experience in the mortgage industry and a at least a year in an Encompass Admin role so they have an understanding of the various integrations and builds. Overall, the company needs someone who can jump in, multitask, and hit the ground running within the organization. The hours are flexible and the position is fully remote with great pay and benefits.
