Business Development Account Manager (B2B) £34K- per annum + commission (£55k OTE +)

Location: Work From Home (anywhere in UK/Eastern Europe)

Type: Permanent & Full Time

Pattern: Monday - Friday

Client Profile:

Our client is an established finance firm; they are currently undergoing a phase of expansion and are looking to add a Business Development Executive to their team. The successful candidate will be working within a successful and encouraging business working from home.

The position requires the successful candidate to be extremely well organised, intelligent, possess a high level of diligence and accuracy and ability to think for themselves. It is an opportunity where the suitable applicant will be working in a B2B Sales environment, dealing with existing and new clientele and tasked to manage their sales pipeline via my clients bespoke CRM.

Duties:

The BD Executive responsibilities are described as the following:

Account management - the successful application will be tasked to existing clients and identify high growth clientele. This will also include the management of prospected clients
Updating the CRM contacts (new and existing) and ensuring contact details are updated to ensure e-marketing can take place
Outbound telephone - calls to verify contact data, prospecting new clients
Marketing my clients services via e-shots to CRM contacts and following this closing clients on appointments
Verifying bounce back information
Processing bookings
Assisting with departmental dutiesPersonal Specification:

As the BD Executive, you must have the following competencies:

Ideally candidate should come from working within a B2B corporate services environment where the primary methods of sales are through account management and e-marketing methods:

A min of 2 + years within sales (B2B experience)
Business Development experience
Account Management experience
e-shots and e-marketing experience
Genuine interest in finance industry - not a mandatory requirement to come from this sector but it would be advantageous.
Exposure to MS Dynamics is advantageous
Excellent use of all Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and spoken English
A 2nd language is a big bonus but not essential
Excellent listening skills
Must be extremely well organised
The ability to manage own workload, prioritise and work/keep to deadlines
Must have a good eye for detail
Must have a "can do" attitude
Must be accurate and diligent
Must be a quick learner
Must be hard working and proactive
Must be focused on the client
