JOB SUMMARY: Conduent is seeking two (2) Sr. Project Manager with banking/financial experience: Sr. Project Manager - Process Improvement - Long-Term Strategy/Technology The Sr. Project Manager will leads the implementation of FDIC 370 initiatives impacting the Retail Branch business for a major bank focusing on short and long-term efforts to close gaps that exist in account opening and account maintenance through process improvements and technology enhancements.Customer facing role requiring a strong ability to articulate available integration capabilities, provide recommendations based on partner needs, and successfully manage multiple concurrent integration projects to completion. Sr. Project Manager - Data Remediation/Customer Outreach The Sr. Project Manager will lead the implementation of FDIC 370 initiatives impacting the Retail Branch business for a major bank focusing on data remediation and customer outreach efforts, including performance metrics and KYC adherence.Customer facing role requiring a strong ability to articulate available integration capabilities, provide recommendations based on partner needs, and successfully manage multiple concurrent integration projects to completion. These positions are remote within the USA (Bloomington, MN or southeastern USA states are desired). The Sr. Project Managers will report directly to the Manager of Delivery, Documentation and Automation. Requirements Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Project Management certification highly desired A minimum of five (5+) years of experience in project management activities A minimum of five (5) years of banking/financial experience Must possess an advanced knowledge of project management Experience addressing process improvements in financial institutions Must be a leader who takesinitiative, act withconfidence Must be able to work with minimal direction Must possess strong organizational and analytical skills Must possess excellent communications skills (interpersonal, presentation verbal and written) Must have the ability to seamlessly switch between technology, business and operations audiences. Experience working in an Agile environment Expert knowledge of assigned business line or functional area Demonstrated management and leadership skills Fusion/ O ptical Character Recognition (OCR)experience is a plus Mobile/On-Line Banking/Teller experience a plus Must be comfortable working remotely Must be currently eligible to work with any employer in the USA Must consent to, and successfully clear all required pre-employment screenings
