**Overview**

Patient Services Representatives provide best in class service by answering patient inquiries via phone and email. Candidates must successfully complete a 2-week paid training class and achieve incremental performance goals. Perfect attendance is required during training. Experience setting appointments is helpful, but not required. In addition, our culture is ideal for team players who are customer focused, self-motivated, and achievement driven.

Full time employment is available and requires open availability between the hours of 7AM-8PM, Monday - Friday. Some part-time and Saturday hours available.

**MUST LIVE WITHIN A 2-3 HOUR RADIUS OF RALEIGH/DURHAM, NC.

**Responsibilities**

+ Answer inbound calls from customers and provide accurate information in a professional manner.

+ Respond to customer inquiries via email.

+ Set appointments for patients with a high level of accuracy.

+ Assist support staff as needed to resolve customer issues and perform database maintenance.

+ Be receptive to feedback/coaching, meet/exceed performance goals, display reliability, and embrace change.

**Qualifications**

+ Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.

+ 1-3 years of customer service representative experience in an office setting, call center environment, or support role using a phone and computer consistently.

+ Strong communication and grammar skills. (Written and oral)

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.

+ Strong computer skills with the ability to use multiple applications at once.

+ Adept at building positive relationships with customers and co-workers.

Once an offer is accepted, all external applicants are subject to a background check. No drug testing is required. Offers of employment shall be contingent upon passing the background check.
