Job Description

A client in the Sarasota, FL area is looking for a remote CSR to join their team. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual with great phone presence and the ability to multi-task to assist the company in building and maintaining relationships with clients and members over the phone.

Greet customers warmly while identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution

Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes

Minimum Requirements

- 1+ year CSR experience

- call center experience

- great phone presence

- 60-100 calls per day

- proficient with Word and Excel (internal system- Genesis)
