Purpose of Position:

This is an exciting opportunity designed to connect customers to commercial growth opportunities! Reporting to the Global Manager of Demand Generation within the Omni Channel Marketing team, the Global Demand Generation Manager influences and proposes impactful approaches to delivering on key customer needs and ties these to impactful communications strategies, of which:

  • Spark exploration and nurture customers through every stage of the buyer journey with focus on new or improved water quality analysis solutions
  • Give voice to Hach’s portfolio of solutions and enables sellers through omni-channel delivery of consistent messaging
  • Communicate technical content to customers leveraging innovative and ‘best in class’ approaches
  • Adapt to emerging business trends by crafting the highest impact campaigns for the market
  • Essential Functions

  • Drives global revenue through lead generation
  • Follow marketing and customer behavior trends and optimize campaign approaches (e.g. digital, marketing automation, data analytics) to drive accelerated growth
  • Plan effective multi-channel campaigns and new product launches using breadth and depth of marketing experience and expertise
  • Guide omni channel experts & creative partners within the Omni-Channel Team to execute on campaign strategies.
  • Engage in continual results tracking through all stages of the marketing and sales funnel
  • Carefully manage budget and expenditures
  • Education, Background & Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in marketing
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • International marketing experience in a B2B environment, or advertising agency account service experience with B2B clients, preferred. Digital marketing experience strongly desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through lead generation channels
  • Experience planning and executing multi-channel global campaigns
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, HubSpot, etc). Experience working in SalesForce.com, Google Adwords and Analytics preferred, as well as a content management system (e.g. Kapost).
  • Daily management and analysis of results data to make effective, data-validated decisions. Experience with business intelligence software (e.g. Domo) preferred.
  • Experience launching new products preferred.
  • Budget management experience
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Some global travel required.
  • The salary range for this role is 74,000 - 84,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
