An employer headquartered out of San Diego, CA and Dallas, TX is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join their team. This person will be sitting fully remote and is NOT able to live in California. Ideally he/she will start working onsite in 2022 if they fall within a specific range of an office location. For this position, equipment, including a laptop and additional monitor, will be fully provided for this person in order to complete their job functions.Some of the responsibilities of the Allied Healthcare Recruiter will include, but are not limited to: - Allied Recruiters are responsible for calling clinicians and placing them in our 13 week medical or school contract opportunities nationwide - Disciplines for Medical placements- Speech Language Pathologist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Respiratory Therapist, Sonographer, Ultrasound tech, imaging tech, Pharma Tech, CT, Med Tech, and more - Work in a fast paced recruiting environment in which this person will place upwards of 100+ calls per dayGeneral Overview:The Allied Recruiter (various levels based on experience) expedites all aspects of the candidates side of the placement process by converting qualified professional allied specialty candidates to applications in AMIE eventually presenting the highest quality candidates at the most profitable margins to the Regional Account Managers (RAMs); and maintains strong service relationships with active candidates to retain them for future placements ultimately driving growth in revenue and market share. Training:You will attend New Hire Orientation on your first day and then begin 4 weeks of training. Minimum Requirements- Remote, anywhere (except California) candidates - 2+ years' industry healthcare recruitment experience in which this person specifically focused on sourcing clinicians and healthcare providers (examples in job description) THIS IS THE MAIN PRIORITY OF CANDIDATES WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Dallas, TX; Boca Raton, FL; Broomfield, CO - Translatable high volume sales experience (admissions, leasing, banking, service industry, etc) or recruitment experience outside of healthcare (ie Agency Recruitment preferred) - THESE PEOPLE WILL BE SELLING! Ability to and experience with selling is a key part of this role - Experience selling is required - Preferred profiles to focus on for NON-HEALTHCARE Recruiting background: Healthcare recruitment, IT recruiting, Finance recruiting, construction recruiting, light industrial recruiting (anything that is high volume in a staffing agency vs. HR/ Corporate Recruiter setting), insurance sales, etc. Desired Skills- Healthcare Recruitment experience AND falls within one of these markets: Dallas, TX; Boca Raton, FL; Broomfield, CO
