Job Summary:

The Compensation Analyst plays an integral role as part of the Human Resources team. This position will support the ongoing design and execution of the company's compensation programs. The Compensation Analyst will contribute to the design and delivery of the company's pay policies and practices, including annual merit reviews, annual incentive bonus process, bench-marking studies, market pricing of jobs, pay structures, and new hire consultations. Essential Job Functions:
* Advise on company's compensation philosophy, practices, and programs; provide compensation support to Talent Acquisition and HR Consultants
* Assist in maintaining equity tracking
* Assist with annual merit processing
* Review incentive payout submissions for compliance
* Maintain listing of incentive plans including metric details, update incentive plans documents, and ensure colleagues electronic acknowledgment is captured
* Keep colleague ADP records up to date with relevant compensation related details including incentive tracking and equity eligibility.
* Review offer letters to ensure all incentives are tracked
* Set up new and update existing job codes in ADP
* Assess jobs and their respective duties to determine classification as exempt or nonexempt.
* Benchmarks jobs against survey data to determine competitive compensation ranges for each position.
* Maintains job classifications and salary scales
* Participate in compensation benchmarking process including job matching, survey submission and results analysis.
* Prepares and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents
* Actively support team members across HR and look for opportunities to improve processes, policies, and service levels.

Requirements


Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-3 years related compensation experience
* Proactive team member with strong customer service orientation, excellent attention to detail and follow through. Ability to handle confidential colleague information with discretion and exercise good judgment.
* Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to manage end-to-end processes.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
* Experience with ADP preferred.
* Strong working knowledge of current compensation practices and trends.
