We are seeking a seasoned Lawson professional to join NFP’s Lawson functional team. This individual will manage the team’s helpdesk processes for Lawson inquiries & issues and assist with ticket monitoring, research & resolution. They will also manage team leads for Lawson as well as Avid & Concur (platforms that generate general expense invoices & employee T&E reimbursements that interface into Lawson AP for payment). They will be working in a fast-paced team environment and will need to effectively multi-task and prioritize based on issue volume, importance and urgency. They will interact with all levels of our organization and must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
