Job Title: Integrated Project Manager (IPM)

Department: Outsourced Field Sales & Marketing (OSM)

Reports to: Regional Marketing Manager (RMM)

Job Summary:

The Feet On The Street (FOTS) Integrated Project Manager oversees and manages the Smartwater FOTS Program's core business-related functions and leadership of coordination and execution of our field sales' ongoing training and development team(s).

Primary Responsibilities/Activities:

Administrative Leadership & Management Liaison:

  • Actively organize and manage all administrative requirements within the Feet on The Street Program. Ensure all team members are aligned on deadlines and processes concerning the following tasks.
    • Weekly
      • Monitor Repsly activity for all team members; "Start/End" Day, checking "In/Out" of accounts correctly, submitting forms & pictures, Interacting with team members - correcting errors and praising achievements
    • Bi-Weekly
      • Provide reminders to the team regarding expense submissions in Concur and hosting "working session" to address any questions
    • Monthly
      • Submit the monthly reporting template to each FOTS with reminders concerning due dates, best practices, and recipients
      • Host "working hours" to address any questions and provide examples of best practice
    • Quarterly
      • Submit the quarterly review template to each FOTS and TM with reminders concerning due dates, best practices, and recipients
      • Host "working hours" to address any questions and provide examples of best practice
      • Coordinate calendar invites for review participants
    • Annual
      • Coordinate process of annual employee review with NPD & TMs
    • On-Going
      • Google Drive - Ensure an organized approach is adopted concerning the collection and storage of program assets
      • Accommodate any special projects and requests made by National Program Director and client.
      • Lead POS process; development and distribution
      • Lead PPE process; development and distribution
CRM Tool Management & Reporting:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Repsly
    • Facilitate all new personnel onboarding; create and manage access for all profiles
    • Lead modification and development requests from the field with Repsly directly
    • Generate all requested reports for program management; outside of the standard bi-weekly summary that is submitted to program management
  • Support KPI Process
    • Identify critical deadlines and timelines
    • Ensure finalized KPIs are appropriately accounted for within Repsly and easily tracked by the client, and adequately stored within program Google Drive
  • Internal FOTS Incentive Programs
    • In coordination with NPD; develop, evaluate and communicate incentive results are correctly recorded and shared throughout the program
  • Prepare all Repsly & Concur summaries as needed and requested; ensure records are stored within Program Google Drive
  • Lead the development and ongoing modification of Monthly and Quarterly reporting templates
  • Provide ongoing reminders to appropriate stakeholders regarding deliverables and deadlines
New Employee Onboarding and On-going Employee Development:
  • Lead all position profile developments and modifications
  • Conduct all secondary interviews post HR screening
  • Host all final interviews
  • Organize debrief and next steps once candidates are identified
  • Lead the onboarding and training for all FOTS & FSM
  • Coordinate all onboarding items for new team members; Welcome Kit, Initial PPE Order, Employee Introductions, Email Signatures, Business Cards, Wearables, Sell Sheets, Access to Storage/Product
    • Serve as liaison between FOTS and Program Management concerning onboarding materials/items and ongoing primary point of contact to address all GH employment-related issues
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of marketing and/or sales experience
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital and social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
  • Well-versed in data mining, marketing strategies, and techniques.
  • Adept at Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced team environment.
  • Highly organized with experience in professional relationship management.
  • Ability to professionally communicate results and reporting with clients and teammates.
